Reset your life
I moved to Thailand because I realized that our health is the foundation of all that we are and all that we do.
I recognized that it can be very difficult to become and stay healthy and stress-free when we're working all the time just to make ends-meet. And I discovered just how tough it is to break out of our patterns and habits of lifestyle, especially when we're still in the same place where we developed those patterns.
After much careful meditation, introspection and consideration... I decided that I needed to reset.
To completely change my surroundings and my focus in order to develop and reinforce the positive habits that lead to a healthy lifestyle.

Here in Thailand, the cost of living is incredibly low. The food is healthy and insanely delicious, and the diversity of fresh fruits and vegetables is amazing.

The pace of life is just a bit slower and the Thai culture highly esteems the values of happiness and contentment. Buddhist spirituality pervades society here and the focus on enjoying simple moments of life is apparent in the easy smiles that are synonymous with this land.
